  • THE MISSISSIPPI GEOSPATIAL CONFERENCE

    Please register early so we can count you in! You have the option to be sent an invoice which can be paid later, and or pay with a check at the conference.

    October 3rd and 4th 2019 (Thursday and Friday) in the FEC Auditorium at the Gulf Park Campus of University of Southern Mississippi in Long Beach. Mississippi Geospatial Professionals, Students, and Enthusiasts will convene for two of Learning, Sharing, and Camaraderie.

    Registration is $75 for a single individual and covers conference attendance, breakfast on Friday, and 1 year of membership to MAST (sponsorships available for students). If you would like to be a conference sponsor or vendor, use the sponsors form to register attendees as sponsorship includes up to 4 attendees.

    Poster and Presentations

    Format: 15 minute presentations with 5 minutes for questions, sponsor booths, poster display, one meal and snacks provided each day of the conference. Contact David Holt (david.h.holt@usm.edu) with any questions. To submit a presentation, click here.

  • August Meeting

    Our bi-monthly meeting will be next Friday, August 9, at the Harrison County Judicial District 1 Courthouse, 1801 23rd Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.

    This will be the usual pizza lunch meeting, starting at 12 noon. Please rsvp to Randall McMillen at randall@gri.msstate.edu so we can estimate our pizza needs.

  • June MAST meeting:

    12 noon in the Technology Room of the Paul B. Johnson Tower (IHL building) in Jackson. https://www.maris.state.ms.us/HTM/home/Location.html .

    Pizza will be provided as usual.

  • April 12th Meeting in Hattiesburg

    Join us in Hattiesburg, Friday, April 12 for the bi-monthly MAST meeting. We will meet at noon in the community room at the Train Depot at 308 Newman Street. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided as usual.

  • December 14th Meeting in Jackson

    It’s nearly time for our last meeting of 2018; 12:00 December 14th.

    This will be our typical pizza lunch meeting.

    • Debriefing and reflection in the 2018 MGC
